We make every effort to accurately represent our products including ingredients, descriptions, and images. Product appearance including bag color and texture may vary slightly between batches due to the natural and wildcrafted nature of our ingredients.

All products are made in small batches. Availability may be limited and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund.

Our inner bag linings are made of cellulose and are compostable and plastic free. Outer packaging materials may vary.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time your order is placed is the price you pay for that order.

Discount codes are subject to the terms stated at the time of issue. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $99 shipping within the United States.

By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your payment card information. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order.

We ship within the United States only via USPS Ground. Standard processing time is two to five business days before shipment. Delivery times vary by location and are determined by USPS.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order is handed to USPS risk of loss passes to the carrier.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
