Nature’s
Restore Tea
Post-Cleanse Recovery · Gut Renewal Blend
A gentle herbal infusion crafted for post-cleanse recovery. Rooibos, burdock, slippery elm, sea moss, and three functional mushrooms rebuild what a cleanse removes, microbiome diversity, mucosal protection, mineral depth, and digestive ease. Brightened with peach and strawberry.
Warm, earthy rooibos sweetness anchors the cup, with soft peach and strawberry fruit lifting the top notes. Gentle bitterness from burdock and dandelion root mid-sip, rounded by slippery elm’s silky texture. A grounding, nourishing finish that feels restorative from the first sip.
After the Flush. Now Rebuild.
A cleanse does its work by clearing. Forest Flow Tea does its work by replenishing. After Forest Flush empties the pathways, this blend steps in to rebuild the gut lining, repopulate the microbiome, and restore the mineral and mucosal layers that protect and sustain digestive health.
“Rooibos holds the cup together, naturally sweet, caffeine-free, and mineral-rich. The roots and sea moss rebuild what was cleared. The mushrooms set the immune tone for what comes next.”
Slippery elm and Irish sea moss provide the mucilaginous layer, the protective coating that lines the gut wall and is typically stripped during aggressive cleansing. Chicory root follows with prebiotic inulin to feed the returning beneficial bacteria. Burdock and dandelion root keep the liver and kidney pathways open as the body transitions.
Reishi, turkey tail, and lion’s mane bring the functional mushroom layer that sets the immune and gut-brain tone for what follows the cleanse. Peach and strawberry are the reward, genuine sweetness and brightness that make this a cup you enjoy rather than endure.
✦
Twelve Ingredients. Complete Restoration.
All wildcrafted and/or organic. Every ingredient chosen for a specific role in post-cleanse recovery, from mucosal rebuilding to microbiome support to mineral replenishment.
✦
Steep Long. Let the Roots Open.
The sea moss, slippery elm, and roots in this blend need time and covered steeping to fully release their mucilaginous and mineral compounds. Don’t rush this one. A covered steep traps the volatile aromatics and keeps the water hot enough to finish the extraction.
- 01
Measure1 tablespoon per cup of hot water. This is a tonic-level dose — more than a standard herbal tea. The roots, sea moss, and mushrooms are denser botanicals that need the volume to steep properly.
- 02
Water TemperatureJust under boiling, approximately 175°F. Lower than most roots would need because the sea moss and slippery elm mucilage releases best without the harshness of a full boil, and the peach and strawberry aromatics are preserved at lower temperatures.
- 03
Steep Covered7–10 minutes, covered. Cover is essential for this blend, a plate or lid traps volatile oils and maintains water temperature through the full extraction window. The difference in a covered vs uncovered steep is significant here.
- 04
Strain WellUse a fine-mesh strainer. The sea moss and slippery elm release fine particles and mucilaginous strands, a fine mesh catches these and results in a much smoother cup. A standard tea ball is not sufficient for this blend.
- 05
Sweeten if DesiredRaw honey pairs naturally with the rooibos and fruit notes. A touch of glycerite extract added to the cup increases smoothness and adds a subtle herbal sweetness. The rooibos base is naturally sweet enough to enjoy without any addition.
Cover while steeping, essential for sea moss and slippery elm extraction. Use a fine-mesh strainer, not a standard tea ball. Begin on the last 1–2 days of your cleanse.
