Tummy Mint Tea
Mint & Digestive Herbal Blend
A bright, mint-forward blend crafted to refresh the senses and support gentle digestive harmony. Cooling spearmint and peppermint meet warm cardamom and star anise, while functional mushrooms and nourishing herbs round out every sip.
Bright and invigorating on the first sip, with a cooling rush of spearmint and peppermint. Warm cardamom and star anise emerge mid-sip with subtle spicy sweetness. Roasted chicory brings gentle, nutty earthiness. Chamomile softens the finish into something crisp, clean, and balanced.
Cool, Warm, Calm.
Yum-Yum Tummy Mint is built around a simple idea: sometimes the best thing you can do for your body is give it something genuinely refreshing and genuinely supportive at the same time. Not a compromise — both, fully.
“Spearmint and peppermint cool the surface. Cardamom, star anise, and chicory warm it from the inside. Chamomile holds everything together.”
The mint base does more than taste good — peppermint and spearmint are among the most studied herbs for digestive comfort, easing bloating, cramping, and post-meal heaviness. Cardamom and star anise add aromatic warmth that complements digestion rather than competing with the mint’s freshness.
Roasted chicory brings a satisfying depth — almost coffee-like — without any caffeine. Dandelion leaf supports the liver’s natural detox processes. Tulsi and nettle provide uplifting herbal nourishment. And lion’s mane and reishi bring the functional mushroom layer quietly, without altering the flavor.

Simple to Make, Worth the Attention
This blend is forgiving and easy — no narrow temperature window, no delicate green tea to scorch. Hot water, a few minutes, and you’re there. A couple of small things make a noticeable difference.
- 01
Measure1–2 teaspoons (2–3g) per 8–10 oz. A lighter hand keeps it bright and minty. A heavier dose brings out more of the chicory depth and spice. Both are worth trying.
- 02
Water Temperature200°F — just off boiling. The mint and spice botanicals are robust and open fully with hot water. Unlike delicate green teas, nothing here will turn bitter from the heat.
- 03
Steep4–5 minutes for a balanced cup. Shorter steeps are brighter and mintier. Going a minute or two longer pulls out more of the chicory, dandelion, and mushroom depth — a richer, more complex experience.
- 04
IcedBrew double-strength (4–5g per 8 oz), steep a minute longer than usual, then pour directly over ice. The cooling effect of iced mint tea is outstanding — bright, clean, and more refreshing than most commercial options.
- 05
EnhanceA slice of fresh ginger amplifies the warming spice layer. A drizzle of raw honey pairs naturally with the chamomile finish. A squeeze of lemon brightens the whole cup and adds Vitamin C alongside the nettle’s minerals.
Works beautifully iced. Brew double-strength and pour over ice for a crisp, refreshing cold cup that keeps the mint bright.
