Dawnwalker
Mate Tea
Yerba Mate + Mushroom Adaptogenic Blend
Rise strong with this modern warrior’s mate. Premium yerba mate delivers clean, sustained energy — then lion’s mane, reishi, ashwagandha, and a full cast of wildcrafted botanicals take it somewhere a standard mate never goes.
Bright and grassy upfront with yerba mate’s signature earthiness, evolving into subtle floral jasmine and calming lemon balm. Mid-sip reveals warm herbal depth from tulsi and hawthorn, with quiet mushroom undertones and a clean, energizing finish.
Clean Energy.
Deep Roots.
Most energy drinks trade long-term wellbeing for a short-term jolt. Dawnwalker was built differently. We start with premium yerba mate — naturally rich in caffeine, theobromine, and polyphenols — for clean, sustained energy without the crash that follows stimulants alone.
“Not just awake. Focused, grounded, and ready — for whatever the day asks of you.”
Then we go deeper. Lion’s mane and reishi add cognitive clarity and immune resilience. Ashwagandha and astragalus — two of the world’s most revered adaptogens — build stress tolerance and sustained vitality. Dandelion, chicory, and nettle root contribute mineral depth and gentle detox support beneath it all.
Hawthorn leaf and tulsi lift the heart and spirit. Lemon balm and jasmine soften the edges into something you actually want to linger over. This is mate grown up — still wild, still strong, but wiser.

The Art of the Perfect Cup
Yerba mate rewards attention. Too hot and you lose the delicate jasmine and lemon balm aromatics. Too cool and the deeper root and mushroom notes never fully open. The window below is your sweet spot.
- 01
Measure1–2 teaspoons (2–3g) per 8–10 oz. Start at 1 tsp for a lighter cup — the mate is present even at lower doses. Scale up for a bolder, earthier brew.
- 02
Water Temperature175–185°F (79–85°C) — noticeably below boiling. This is critical for mate. Boiling water turns it bitter and destroys the volatile florals. If you don’t have a thermometer, let boiling water sit for 3–4 minutes.
- 03
Steep5–7 minutes. The grassy, bright notes come forward first. The deeper tulsi, hawthorn, and mushroom notes emerge toward the end of the steep — let it go the full time at least once before deciding what you prefer.
- 04
IcedBrew double-strength (4–5g), steep longer if desired, then pour over ice. Cold-brew overnight in the fridge — 1–1.5 tsp per 8 oz in cold water for 8–12 hours — for an exceptionally smooth, low-bitterness cup.
- 05
Re-SteepGood mate holds two to three steeps. The second steep is typically smoother and more floral, with less of the upfront grassy intensity. Add 1–2 minutes each time.
Keep water below 185°F — boiling destroys the delicate florals and turns the mate bitter.
